Refugees are forced to flee their country due to war or persecution. When they arrive here, refugees only have what they can carry. Starting over is daunting.

You can make a difference for a newly arriving refugee family with a Welcome to America! Pack. (See the list here.) Turn an empty apartment into a home by collecting household essentials, then delivering them to a refugee family on the day they arrive in the U.S. You’ll set up their apartment and provide a warm greeting.
